FIEA, a division of Innovatek Ltd, is the key provider of technology programmes for wood processing and manufacturing companies in New Zealand and Australia. More than 1000 people each year participate in the technology events being run by FIEA. To compliment these programmes, a wide range of practical resources (books, wall charts and maps) has been introduced to assist the wood industry in improving its operating and financial performance.

FIEA membership is increasing each year. FIEA has significantly enhanced its contact with industry through a range of innovative new tools such as the weekly electronic newsletter, Friday Offcuts. FIEA continues to build its capability and offer increased services to its members and supporters. Current membership fees are very low by any other industry association standards, both in forest products and other industry groups. We have purposefully kept the fees low and concentrated on areas that are not being covered effectively by other industry groups, companies or organisations.

ALL individual and nominated company members now receive complimentary copies of Australian Timberman and Inwood International magazines in addition to North America's leading wood products magazine, Mill Product News delivered to their own site, office or home address. Providing three leading forestry trade magazines ensures members stay abreast of key issues that can impact on their business.
